Helsinki Monitor
The journal is published four times a year. Online issues are
available starting with the 1996 volume and all but one are in
HTML format. (The first issue of the '96 volume is only

four or five articles in each issue, the journal also features
book reviews and OSCE documents.
The Helsinki Monitor is published by the Netherlands
Helsinki Committee and the International Helsinki Federation for
Human Rights. It publishes articles on the political, economic
and social situation in Central and Eastern Europe. A special
issue on The Security Model at the OSCE Lisbon Summit was
published in 1996.
