Advances in Physiology
Education is dedicated to the
improvement of teaching and learning physiology, both in specialized
courses and in the broader context of general biology education.
Advances also aims to increase recognition of physiology education as a
scholarly activity. The journal publishes peer-reviewed descriptions of
new strategies for teaching in the classroom and laboratory, essays on
education, and review articles for teachers on our current understanding
of physiological mechanisms, new technology for teaching and research,

The IDEA Journal
is currently hosted by the Applied Theatre Research Program within the
Centre for Public Culture and Ideas. IDEA, the International
Drama/Theatre and Education Association, is the world peak body of drama
educators. Besides being an advocacy body for drama and theatre in
educational contexts, IDEA assists in the development of international
projects concerned with using theatre and drama as a space for
inter-cultural dialogue and also in assisting in the empowerment and
enfranchisement of young people at risk, at social disadvantage and in
war zones.
